FERMENTATION
Contains 18 tanks of 100 and 200 hl. Tank temperature is self-regulating by means of stainless-steel plates where water circulates at 2° C. All tanks are equipped with stainless steel lids and doors.
Cooler: Inquimet brand equipment, model Cono-Rot 2000. Capacity of 34,000 calories per hour with a lung tank of 5,000 lts. of cold water.
Pumps: Two positive pumps of 25,000 and 4,000 liters per hour. Piston pump of 12,000 lts/hr. Centrifuge, 25,000 lts/hr.
Conservation: cellar with 33 tanks for the stabilization and conservation of the wines. Constructed in PRFV, steel with epoxy coating.
